Ben Sensei has been teaching since 1974, with a great passion and patience for kids. He also loves to bring the art of karate to older people. If a black belt is on your bucket list, he is your teacher! He is an 8th Dan in Seiwakai, WKF, KSA and is part of the international board of directors of Seiwakai International.

Alex has been training with our sensei since 2015. He is great with kids, and his kata skills are impressive. He won various competitions for kata and kumite.

Dagmar has been training for over 10 years and is a third dan. As our sensei's wife, she had no other choice but to enjoy karate. She teaches at the hombo dojo.

Christine Sensei is a 4th dan and is killing us during the warm-ups. She is a fitness fanatic and loves teaching adults. She is the founder of FLAG Academy and teaches self-defence.

Brent Sensei has been trained by our sensei since 2004. He is a 4th dan. He is an experienced teacher and a phenomenal technician; he enjoys teaching both kata and kumite, but really loves the kumite side of karate.

Jacques has been trained since 1990 and joined Ben Sensei in 2013. He is a 3rd Dan, teaches our adults at the hombo dojo, and has won various medals in kata and kumite.
