Started with karate in 1972 with the JKA Natal / Rob Ferreira Shihan.       
Started Goju Ryu in 1977, in Cape Town, Sensei Harry Pieterkosky.
Started Gojukai  in 1982 with Peter Brandon Hanshi   Started Seiwa Kai in 2000 with Ben Maré 8th Dan.

Originally started off training children and adults but now will concentrate only on adults for karate over 15 years and strictly traditional Goju Ryu training with sound basics.

Age 6 in 1992
1996 won Boland and Triangle championships in Kata
Shito Ryu RSA in 1997 and went to World championships in America where I won Gold in Kumite and a Bronz in team Kumite
In 1997 I won KSA silver for Kata and Gold in 1998.
In 1999 I Represented RSA in Namibia at Zone 6 championship and won Gold in Kata.

In 2001-2002 won Kata at KSA and Represented RSA at UFAK where i Won Bronze for Kata in Botswana.
